2024 food vendor application

Applications are currently open and
will be closed April 1st, 2024.

No single day spots are available.
The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE.
Please plan accordingly.
There will be no refunds of any kind.

Expected Attendance: 4,000 to 6,000 fans over two days.

Hours of Operation: Fri, Jul 19 from 4pm-10pm / Sat, Jul 20 from 2pm-10pm

Vendor Fee: $999 for both Friday & Saturday

Electricity: Available for an additional $249.

Location: We reserve the right to determine vendor location.

Beverages: No beverages may be sold other than Muskoka Springs water which will be sold to you on-site for $10 per case of 24 (cash only). You may sell the water for $3 per bottle (same as bar).

Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail if accepted or not.

** All food trucks must adhere to local public health guidelines and safety protocols. Failure to do so can result in an ejection from the site. Safety is the first priority.
